Some Comfort On A Blustery Day

Gale force winds
and rain
has us all hunkered down
inside our house (and chicken coop)
today....

It's a good day
for comfort food...

We started the day
with Brunch...

some farm fresh ingredients...

 Our fresh asparagus
and farm raised eggs,
added to Canadian Bacon,
and Havarti cheese
made a delicious Quiche!!

MMMM...

Now if the wind would just
let up???

I'll let you know if the electricity stayed
on long enough to cook supper!!

Sending comforting thoughts out this evening,
Hugs,

Really nice photos. Hold on to your hat! We got a pretty bad hailstorm on Saturday.
Beautiful shot of the rooster and the quiche looks delicious. I hope you stayed safe through this stormy day.
