Garlic Time

Garlic growing strong!

Not many gardeners around here grow garlic.  In fact, Sall, is the only one I've ever heard of.

He's been keeping and planting the same garlic for about seven years now.  A certain amount goes in the pickles...and a certain amount gets planted for next years garlic crop.

This was another banner year for the garlic and onions!

From garden to trailer to drying racks to pickles!!

add Cucumbers...the brine,
