Happy Fall from Sall Farm!!

A short post this day before Fall....

it seems the days are getting shorter, but the list of things to-do stays long.

Sall and I have been busy just making ends meet

(who coined that phrase anyway?)

He resorted to doing a roofing job (something he swore off doing ever again) and I'm baby-sitting and house cleaning. The white collar jobs are far removed from South Hand County.  

Winter is just around the corner and we are wondering why our bags are not packed.  

Somebody forgot to reserve that beach house, and it looks like another winter on the prairie!
