Drive down highway 34 in South Dakota and you'll see some of the prettiest countryside in the mid-west.

Be sure to stop in Forestburg and buy some pumpkins!!

I had my usual hard time deciding on which gourds to buy.

Warty pumpkins are not my favorite, but they are festive looking!

The Larsons have been growing and trucking melons in this area for many years now.

It wouldn't be Fall without a trip to the melon stand
