Fishing In The Dark

You and me goin' fishin' in the dark....

(Sall asked me if I wanted to go 

fishing at the river around 5ish last night)

I said "Hell Ya!!"

so we ate a quick burger

and threw the fishing pole in the truck

and 

we were off... headed for...

where the cool grass grows...

down by the river in the full moon light...

We'll be fallin' in love in the middle of the night...

He got set up on the rocks

and I watched...

the carp were thick

along the rocks just under his fishing rod!

feeding on shad,

you could reach in and 

grab as many carp as you wanted...

too bad carp aren't any good to eat!

they kept feeding 

and Sall kept fishing for Walleye...

it was a beautiful night

by the light of the Dam...

We weren't having any luck catching 

walleye so we went to 

a different spot where Max could swim...

by then it was too dark 

to take pictures,

but I can tell you Max loved it!!

I took one final picture

of a beautiful spot by the water....

hummed a little more of our grand-daughter's

favorite tune....

Stayin' the whole night thru....Feels so good to be with you!

And thought about

how lucky I am to have 

a fun husband that loves me

and 

takes me Fishin' in the dark!!
