With a high of 24 degrees today,
we are looking at our wood pile
thinking we should have
been a little more conservative!

Maybe I should be knitting
some nice wool garden sweaters??

Well not to many people over here are very please at Mr Groundhog that said it is to be an early spring ! Yeah right in what part of our Country would that be ? lol ! It is cold , windy , sunny once in a while with snow squalls . Hoping real spring shows up soon ! Cute pics . Have a good day !

Snow here since Monday . . . 18 degrees right this very minute at 11:30 PM on the first day of spring.

I saw my first Robin today . . . poor Robin's can't find any worms . . . they are under the snow and frozen . . .

I still like the snow more than steamy hot. (Everyone can yell at me tomorrow for THAT!)

I am longing for just a little bit of grassy lawn . . . forgetting what it looks like with grass, ground covers, ferns, blooms and weeds too . . .

Still choosing happy over a "whine!"

Happy First Day of Spring, Lisa! Same weather here, too. We had 5" of snow on Monday with 40 mph winds and it was down to 5 degrees last night. It CAN'T last much longer, right??
