Holiday Greeting

Happy Winter....

I think it's warmer
in Siberia...

The days will start to get longer
again...

Jack Frost
is nipping at my nerves...

I prefer being inside looking out...

even if it's through
a frosty window pane...

My Christmas decorations
are pretty slim this year...

It was just too cold to retrieve
them from the pickle barn!

We have the basics...

a tree for Santa to put
my present under...

(Maybe Santa will see my unfinished window
and keep an eye out for some old wood trim
to match what we have?? HINT.)

I found another Santa to add to my collection...

too bad all the others are out freezing in the barn!

Sall cleared the landing pad
for Santa and his reindeer....

I hope I'm still on his "Nice" list!!

(better leave some cookies out, just in case!)

Merry Christmas to all
and to all
some warmer weather!
Hugs,
Lisa

Did Santa trade his sleigh in for something a little more sensible?

Seriously. Is is really that cold there? Yesterday it was 60 degrees here in Ohio, but cold weather is coming again and I don't want it to be that cold. Winter really came early here in Ohio, about a whole month early and I'm afraid that means January will be even worse. I can't imagine living somewhere where it is that cold. I struggle with our winters. I can see why your chickens struggle too. Here's hoping you have a lovely Christmas and I'll try to blow some warm wishes and weather your way.

Oh I am feeling your pain with the cold weather. Snow pictures are so pretty, but better taken looking out the frosted window pain this year!
Wishing your and your family a wonderful Christmas!

I feel your pain. It is cold here also. Luckily the wind didn't blow today. I'm getting ready for my trip to the Pocket. I hope the roads aren't icy. I love your decor. It is very soothing. I hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas.

So happy you stopped by Lisa -- I often think about you "up there" and your cold winter weather. That's alot of snow!

We haven't had much this winter and not looking good for the next week or two. The drought continues...

Wishing you and your family Peace and Joy this Christmas Day and all throughout the year. xo

I admire you guys so much - it's in the 50s here and we're freezing! Guess it's what you're use to. The snow is so beautiful but I think I'd get tired of it after a few days. You're so brave! Hope you and your loved ones have a happy Christmas. -- Jan
