Amaryllis By Morning

A hot cup of coffee at my desk,

a cold sunny day outside...

the cold is getting warmer though,

18 degrees F is much better

than 8 Below!!

my amaryllis has been sitting in the south window

since before Christmas...

She's in full splendor now,during this awful

polar vortex, cold spell...

I know it's a "she", because

only a female could choose 

to be that beautiful in the ugliest,

coldest month of the year!!

Just a little January Beauty
